CEO experience & Track Record
You need to have at least a 15-year experience as a CEO where you have successfully managed growth, turnaround or transition projects (start-up, acceleration, digitalisation, M&A, reorganisation, restructuring...) with tangible results.
Board experience & Track record
A significant board experience is also of essence, as some missions require to take a seat or even the chair on a board. Solid skills in board governance and stakeholder management are strategic.
Open to all sectors
You can be an all-rounder or a specialist on one specific sector. At Kitsune Advisory, we might encounter any kind of sector and it is necessary that our portfolio covers all scenarios if possible.
Accept to work as a freelance contractor
Kitsune Advisory does not offer work contracts. As an Affiliated Partner, you will remain an independent professional that can be contacted for ad hoc temporary missions as Interim CEO. Kitsune Advisory will only be an intermediary between its client and you.
